  • Maxima shipping and delivery team works rigorously 6 - 7 days a week to ensure on-time delivery for all our customers.
  • If we can forecast any possible delay ahead, we will reach the customer in advance. However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Kindly provide Full address (With Landmark), Contact numbers and Email ID while making payment. As we can ensure proper on-time delivery and reach you, if required.
  • Delivery within India: Depending on region & network our trusted external delivery partners will deliver the product.
  • Maxima may not be in a position to accept certain orders for reasons including limitations on quantities, availability for purchase, or other problems identified by its internal department. In such a case, Maxima reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel such order or any portion.
  • Maxima shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information at any time before the dispatch of the products.
  • To certain orders with valid reasons, Maxima shall intimate the respective customer and will process a refund in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy. Still the final call will be taken as per management decision.
